Hi I am Dr. Zainab

I'm a dentist by profession, and a certified postpartum fitness coach by passion.

I've spent 7 years in the fitness space, starting with general women's fitness coaching. About 4 years ago, I made the decision to specialise exclusively in prenatal and postpartum coaching.

That shift was deeply personal. I lost my mom to cancer around that time, and it fundamentally changed how I look at women's health — it gave my work a sense of urgency and purpose it didn't have before.

Today, I work with postpartum moms to rebuild their core, feel strong again, and create sustainable habits that actually fit into their real lives not some unrealistic ideal.

I hold all my certifications from the American Fitness Association, and I continue to educate myself specifically in postpartum recovery, core rehabilitation, and strength training so every mom I work with gets the most current, science-backed approach.
